Play Your Part competition deadline is looming!
Encourage your volunteers to nominate your organisation to win the €30,000 prize. The Mars Play Your Part Competition deadline is August 10th.
How does our organisation qualify for the competition?
Both volunteers and organisations must be registered on www.irelandinvolved.ie to qualify to enter the competition.
Organisations:
- Register your organisation on Ireland Involved – there is no charge for this service
- Fill out your profile
- Upload any volunteering opportunities or events you might have on the site
- Encourage your volunteers to nominate your organisation
Volunteers:
- Register as a volunteer on the site
- Login and click through to the competition page
- Tell us your story and how far the money could go in your nominated organisation
- Make sure to address all 3 key questions on the form

Background:
Ireland Involved is a system developed by Volunteer Ireland, which offers services to all community and voluntary organisations in Ireland. You can expand your organisation profile, advertise volunteering opportunities and organisation events, accept volunteer applications and manage the attendance at events.
Through the Play Your Part campaign Mars Ireland has been directing the public to find volunteering opportunities on www.irelandinvolved.ie for the duration of the summer. This campaign will continue until the end of August.
