Fundingpoint.ie is Ireland's new one-stop-shop website for funding information for the community and voluntary sector. Developed by The Wheel and funded by the Vodafone Ireland Foundation (VIF), Fundingpoint.ie contains comprehensive details for hundreds of funding schemes from a variety of sources, including central and local government, EU funds, independent trusts and corporate grants. Employing the latest in user-friendly web technologies, Fundingpoint.ie allows subscribers to quickly search for grants that best suit their organisations' funding needs, thereby saving valuable time and human resources. Each grant scheme listed will include the full eligibility criteria, the levels of funding available, relevant deadlines and key contact details. In addition the many open funding schemes already featured on Fundingpoint.ie, The Wheel will be continuing to add dozens more schemes over the coming weeks and months. Many of the services and information provided are available for free and the grant-search function is on a subscription basis.
