Stephen will address the increasing growth of direct and digital marketing and why its a great time to be a direct marketeer in Ireland. He will also explain the role of the IDMA and how it can help your organisation.

In this session, Stephen looks at a simple approach to direct marketing that aims to provide supporters with a great experience of the charity. Learn how to understand different groups of supporters and how to engage them, how to build their commitment and raise a lot of money, whilst, at the same time, leading up to a legacy ask.



Session 2 - (3pm-3.45pm) John Fleming, Sightsavers

A Case Study: From 0 - 50,000 supporters in Seven Years. How Sightsavers Ireland grew through Direct Marketing.

In this session John outlines the history, key success factors and challenges associated with Sightsavers experiences with direct marketing.



Session 3 (3.45pm-4.30pm) Stephen Pidgeon

Direct marketing - an influence for good, and profitable too!

Using direct marketing to change the way you, your work colleagues and your supporters view your charity. We're talking serious change here, income generating, life-influencing change.
