I gained my accreditation with the Institute of Fundraising in the UK last year and think it’s really important that we develop a professional qualification for Irish Fundraisers. I also feel very strongly that as a Board we address the particular challenges faced by organisations based outside of Dublin in terms of accessing training, networking opportunities etc.
